Simple Simon's Pizza - Westville, OK

The pizza is good and if you call to make an order for lunch it's great but after 5pm you'll be lucky to get them to answer the phone at all. We ordered 2 large pizzas and alpine sticks tonight and were told it would be 50 minutes, which was fine i get that they might be busy. When my husband got home he had one pizza and bread sticks. I tried to call back over 10x from 2 phone numbers and no one answered so i can't order the other pizza they failed to make or ask why i didn't get the alpine sauce on my alpine sticks. So here i am making grilled cheese so everyone can eat. Very frustrating and super unprofessional.

First time getting pizza here and I am impressed amazing service great prices and a great supreme pizza I highly recommend

Bought pizza and wings for the Super Bowl and I must say it was freaking terrible. The pizza was a soggy thin crust pizza with skimpy toppings and the wings were cold in the middle. Then if that's not bad enough there was a kid running around in the food preparation area that was continuously picking his nose. I'm pretty sure I'm done with that place.

Called my order in told me 35 minutes. I showed up 40 minutes later they lost my order had to wait 20 to 30 minutes for them to make it.

Pizza was meh... ordered a jumbo supreme with pineapple with 2 salads. It looked like just a cheese pizza. Very little in the topping area and maybe a dozen pieces of pineapple on the whole pie. Salads were very skimpy and on top of that, they double charged us!! Told my husband that they couldn't get the card to scan, so he went to the atm, got cash, went back, paid for it, brought it home and we ate this unspectacular dinner. Checked my bank statement this morning and there's a charge from simple simons... Now, we'll see if they will return my extra payment. I'm not sure who was working there last nite, but they weren't doing a good job!!! Sad because they usually do a good job when you catch the "right" people working there.
